Affton High School
Affton High School had a memorable winter season with several great team and individual accomplishments. The girls basketball team won 15 games which was the most team wins in over 10 years. The boys wrestling team had a state qualifier, Josiah Lovelace, who went 1-2. It was his first state appearance and his first year wrestling. Senior, Sean LaRose, scored over 1,000 career points as a Cougar basketball player. Senior, Morgan Verkuilen, broke the school record in the 100 backstroke multiple times.
