Clayton High School
Cross Country
The boys cross country team qualified 3 runners for state following the district meet. The girls team won the Class 4 District 2 meet and qualified as a team for the state meet. The girls took 9th as a team at the state meet, and Anna McAndrew made the all-state cross country team
Football
The Brentwood/Clayton Hounds had their first winning season since 2015-2016. The Cooperative Sponsorship finished the season 7-5 playing in the district championship against Lutheran North. Unfortunately, the Hounds came up short, but it was a successful season for the new merger.
Girls Golf
The girls golf team was conference champions and finished the season by qualifying two girls for the state tournament.
Softball
The CHS softball team had another very successful season, and capped things off by winning the conference championship. With a 12-3 record, and many players returning next season, we look forward to the future of CHS softball.
Boys Swimming
The boys team swam at the state championship meet at the St. Peters Rec-Plex. Hunter Wilson broke the school record two times throughout the meet in the 50 freestyle event.

400 Freestyle Relay 10th Place– Casey Chu, Hunter Wilson, Aiden Brennan & Wenxu Yin
Girls Tennis
The tennis team had a historic season bringing home the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP! Not only did we win the state title as a team, but Aanya Singh finished in 2nd place in singles, Riley Zimmerman/Riley Reeves finished in 3rd place in doubles, and Simone Sah/Katherine Nguyen finished in 5th place doubles.
Girls Volleyball
The girls volleyball team also had a historic season going 13-9 and winning the first district championship since 1983. Unfortunately, the Hounds lost to Blair Oaks who ended up winning the state championship.
Esports
The CHS esports team qualified two teams for the Super Smash Bros playoffs beginning on December 1st.
